I have found multiple dates for George Williams death. It was with the 27th or 29th day of January in 1860 or 1861 or 1863. Judy Morris list his death as January 27, 1863.
In 'The History of Wolfe City, Texas', Donna Brown and June Williams list George's birth in Harrison County, Virginia, which became part of West Virginia during the Civil War. In the same book, Vickie Wilson Sanders list George was born in 1787 in Wales, Ireland. Research needed.
George Williams and his extended family moved from Harrison Co., Virginia (now West Virginia) to Ohio. In the early 1840's the family decided to move south (partly because of the cold weather). All of George's children moved south with him except for Jacob, who decided to stay in Ohio, and John David, who was already living in the Hunt Co., Tx area. One daughter, Mary Ann, apparently died during the move to Tx. No one knows where her grave is located since it is most likely beside a trail. I will add more information later on why the family believes she existed even though there is no 'hard core' proof that she did.

The Williams family of Wolfe City, Hunt Co., Tx believe that John David was buried in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Wolfe City. However, no one knows where the grave site is. The tombstone cannot be found.

Harrison Co., Virginia is now in West Virginia.
Jonas & Minerva had five other children that what is listed that died in infancy.
In the Article written by Donna Brown in 'The History of Wolfe City, Texas', She states that Jonas and Minerva had ten children, but she only list nine children by name. I do not have any information on a tenth child.
In the Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Wolfe City, Hunt, Texas, there is a tombstone for J.W. Williams. I believe this is the tombstone of Jonas. The dates match and J. W.'s wife, M.A.H. (Minerva Ann H.) Williams lies next to him.

According to family tradition, as found in 'The History of Wolfe City, Texas', Mary Ann died while the family was moving to the Hunt County, Texas area.
